I loved this module very much because a big confusion about the recruitment process has been cleared. Some parts of chapter 5 such as how to evaluate the better source of recruitment i.e., internal, or external have been perfectly cleared now. Moreover, the way of explaining and evaluating the quality source was quite amazing. Now one thing I can say is that to become a successful recruiter one has to think ethically because it gives clarity about the behavior of the recruiter and how much it is impacting the people working in the organization.
